FLAME - Furniture and Language innovative integrated learning for sector Attractiveness and Mobility Enhancement

Welcome to the FLAME course, our goal is to provide proper education to those who are working or willing to enter the furniture industry and need to learn a second language.

FLAME is organised in modules, taking into account the type of activity, the product and/or the production technique, as well as the stages of the production process and the process of carrying out a service. 

• Module 1 - Standards, technical drawings and technical regulations
• Module 2 - Materials and finishing surfaces
• Module 3 - Construction, assembly and assembly techniques 
• Module 4 - Machines and tools
• Module 5 - Automated production and software
• Module 6 - Quality management and control

The contents include the main elements related to Knowledge and Skills. We have established assessment procedures and criteria to validate the learning outcomes to be achieved with each Module, as well as the ESCO profiles and qualifications to which the Modules are addressed.

Module definitions indicate the EQF level of the Module within the European Qualification Framework - EQF and incorporate the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages - CEFRL. 

FLAME promotes the use of new technologies to improve education and learning, such as gamification. In fact, some studies have shown that it is a more effective and powerful learning tool than the classic learning model, especially for young students.
